Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • For users in the United States, almost all orders enjoy free shipping. U.S. orders are processed within 24 hours. GETD has multiple warehouses in the U.S., and your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse or possibly from an authorized local distributor or Amazon store, depending on stock availability and your delivery address. Generally, orders are delivered within 2-4 days. If your order includes multiple types of products, they may be shipped in separate packages, or packed together once all items are ready, which can affect the delivery time. In such cases, delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks.
  • For European and Japanese consumers, orders that meet a certain amount are eligible for free shipping as well, with delivery typically taking 1-2 weeks.
  • For orders from other countries and regions, free shipping is possible for many consumers when using ePacket or global postal services, provided the order meets certain conditions. If you wish to receive your goods faster, you may opt to pay extra for services from DHL, TNT, FedEx, or similar providers.
  • When using ePacket or global postal services, delivery typically takes 3-5 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time. To track your order, you can visit your personal account or contact the GETD support team for assistance.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

  • In some remote areas or countries with underdeveloped logistics infrastructure, we may be unable to provide real-time tracking services. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. However, you can still contact our customer service team for assistance in checking the latest status of your order shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following coutries/regions. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges will vary based on the country’s regulations and are not included in the shipping costs.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
