We want you to have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our AI smart wearable products, whether you’re in a GETD Store, on GETD authorized Store Online, using the GETD App, or calling Retail Customer Care (“GETD Store”). By placing an order or making a purchase at an GETD Store, you agree to the terms below, along with GETD’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Amazon, Ebay, iGETD Return Policy

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Amazon or other authorized online Stores. In the unlikely event a product is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it with a receipt within 45 days of the date you receive the product from GETD. The product must be in its original condition with all of its included parts, accessories, and packaging and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the payment method. In addition, please note:

  • Customers within the United States who purchased through our official online stores on Amazon, eBay, or iGETD.com should return items to the following address: 675 Brea Canyon Road, Suite 9, Walnut, CA 91789.
  • Amazon and eBay customers must comply with the return policies of those platforms, retaining all accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging within 45 days, with the product showing no visible signs of use.
  • If you purchased through iGETD.com and paid via PayPal, the maximum return period under PayPal’s policy is 180 days.
  • If you used an installment payment method, such as Klarna or AfterPay, the installment fees will not be included in the refund amount.
  • All returns must include the "Return and Refund Application Form" received with your product's packaging, and be sent back with the product.
  • Not all orders are eligible for a full refund; however, we will strive to protect your rights to the greatest extent possible after reviewing your product.
  • The refund process typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete, and it may take up to 3-4 weeks to receive the funds, depending on your payment method, product condition, and location.
  • We support global cross-region refunds, meaning you can purchase a product in the U.S. and apply for a refund in Europe.

  • Similarly, regardless of where the return request is initiated globally, you must adhere to GETD's return and exchange policy, which includes retaining the packaging, manuals, and parts, and ensuring the product is intact without visible signs of use.
  • Returns or refunds cannot be processed if the product has sustained intentional damage, shows signs of a drop, has visible scratches on lenses, water damage, or contamination by chemicals.

Fees

Any potential costs associated with returns or exchanges, as well as transaction fees for refunds, will be the responsibility of the customer. If you used a gift card or redeemed points to reduce the payment amount, that portion will not be refunded.

Exceptions: Cases Where Returns or Refunds Cannot Be Processed

  • The product is found to be intentionally damaged.
  • There are visible signs of use that affect resale value.
  • The purchase was made using fraudulent or unauthorized credit card payments.
  • The purchase was made using another person’s account, and the account information does not match the billing information of the payer.
  • The customer is unable to provide proof of purchase.
  • The item purchased is a used or second-hand product.
  • The returned packaging is incomplete, or components are missing.
  • Other situations that do not comply with GETD's after-sales policy.
